Japanese sake complements Japanese dishes such as simmered dishes and tempura.In Japan, sake is usually served in a sake cup called an “ochoko.”We have curated a selection of Japanese sake from a wide range of sake varieties, with a focus on those produced in Kyushu, to complement our dishes.Please feel free to approach our staff if you need recommendations.
